Yes, it’s a one-time payment per template, not a subscription. Once you buy, it’s yours to use under its license for as long as you like, with no recurring fees or surprise charges later.

Yes. Every template ships with a Standard license, which covers one live website: personal, commercial, or client work. Need it across multiple sites or projects? The Pro license covers that. See the Licensing page for the full breakdown.

If a template needs bigger changes than a color and text swap (a new section, a different structure, a fully custom build), that’s custom work. Reach out through the Contact page and select “Custom work” as the subject, and we’ll get back to you with scope and pricing.
